CUSTOMS FEES
Orders outside of Australia may be subject to custom duties and taxes applied at the destination country. Any additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient. DELIVERY
Please ensure you are delivering to a safe address where your parcel cannot be intercepted. If a parcel has been signed and accepted on delivery, Vieni Qui Clothing will not take responsibility if the signee is fraudulent. If you contact Australia Post and request “Safe drop” Vieni Qui Clothing will not be held liable for missing parcels.
All Vieni Qui Clothing orders will receive an email confirmation. You will receive a 2nd notification email with tracking details on dispatch. We cannot amend orders once the confirmation has been sent.
